Construction of the criterion model to lead to enforcement and release of the physical restraint for the acute period patient

本研究旨在探讨护士对急性期病患在术后4天内实施身体约束的判断因素。由于检查无论接触途径如何，已成为判断实施肢体约束是否从术后开始即处于躁动状态，或有术后谵妄史，或有自行拔管史，或有跌倒和从床上摔下史的关键。此外，很明显，这是一个判断因素的身体限制实施的职责必须执行比通常的多重职责。提出了完善个体护士职责内容和构建身体约束规范的必要性。

The purpose of this study was to clarify a nurse's judgment factor over implementation of physical restraints to the acute period patient within postoperative 4 day. As a result of inspection regardless of touching the route it had become a key to judgment of implementation of physical restraints is been to restless statefrom postoperative, or the past of the postoperative delirium or the past of pull out the tube by oneself or the past of the fall over and fall from the beds. Moreover, it became clear that it is one of the judgment factors of physical restraints implementation to duties must be performed more than usual multiplex duties. The need of improving the duties contents of the each person's nurse and the need of the construction of the physical restraints criterion was suggested.
