项目摘要

本年度実施した研究は(1)調査とデータ分析、(2)学会発表、(3)論文発表の3つに分けられる。平成23年度は2年計画の1年目にあたり、特に(1)の調査を重視し、(2)～(3)も実施した。(1)調査とデータ分析第一に、中国広東省に長期滞在し、地域産業の現状をこの目で観察し、企業と地域政府の関係者からインタビューを実施した。実施した地域は華南地域では古鎮(世界最大級の照明器具産地)、澄海(世界最大級の玩具産地)、潮安・彩塘(ステンレス器具産地)、広州(アパレル及びアニメ産業)、深センと香港(世界最大級の眼鏡フレーム産地)、北窖(中国で有力な家電産地)、清遠(陶磁器産地)、黄埔(女性用サンダル産地)、深セン(ニセモノ携帯電話産地)、華東地域では江蘇省の蘇州(工業園区)、日本では福井県鯖江市(眼鏡フレーム産地)であった。各地での現地調査から、アジア規模での産業の動態がかなりの程度ミクロに把握可能になりつつある。これと並行して企業データの定量データ分析を進めた。これにより当初の研究計画で述べた、頑健な分析結果に一歩近づいた。(2)学会発表第二に、学会にて報告を2度行った。一度は滞在先の中国広州・中山大学で開催された空間経済学に関する国際コンファレンスで、私は日本の産業集積の発展と変化の歴史について英語と中国語を交えながら報告を行った。もう一度は日本国際経済学会の全国大会において、中国の産業集積における企業の経営パフォーマンスについてポスター報告を行った。中国では現地の専門家から、日本では国際経済学のアプローチに精通した専門家からコメントが得られ、現地情報と分析法の両面で有意義であった。(3)論文発表第三に、これまでの研究成果を論文としてまとめ、積極的に多言語で発信した。今年度刊行された4本の雑誌論文の内、1本は英語で、もう1本は中国語で執筆した。これは研究計画にも記載したことであり、当初の目標を一定程度達成した。これにより今後の研究交流の進展が期待される。

Sun Yat-sen University opened an international seminar on space economics. It was held in Japan. It was held in English and Chinese. For a time, he was a member of the National Conference of the Japanese International Economic Society, and a member of the Industrial Integration Committee of China. China is a local expert, and Japan is an expert in international economics. (3)The third part of this paper is to present the results of the research on multi-language communication. This year, four journal papers were published, one in English and one in China. The original goal was achieved to a certain extent. The future progress of research and communication is expected.
