项目摘要

In this study, rapid and sensitive methods for simultaneous analysis of muscle relaxants by ultra-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) were developed.Simultaneous analysis of central-acting muscle relaxants by UPLC-MS/MS has been realized by the capability of our instrument for simultaneous selected reaction monitoring of the target compounds in both positive and negative ionization modes. On the other hand, quantification of peripheral non-depolarizing muscle relaxants was difficult by LC-MS/MS with ESI (Electrospray ionization) mode. However, the developed simultaneous analysis method of non-depolarizing muscle relaxants in whole blood by UPLC-MS/MS with ESI-APCI (Atmospheric pressure chemical ionization) mix ionization mode in this study showed better quantitativity.
本研究建立了快速、灵敏的超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)同时分析肌松药的方法,利用该仪器在正负离子模式下同时监测目标化合物的选择性反应,实现了中枢作用肌松药的UPLC-MS/MS同时分析。另一方面,外周非去极化肌松药的定量是困难的,通过LC-MS/MS与ESI(电喷雾电离)模式。而本研究建立的全血中非去极化肌松药的超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)ESI-APCI(Atmospheric Pressure Chemical Ionization)混合离子化模式同时分析方法具有更好的定量性。
