项目摘要

7世紀初頭から8世紀中葉の前半期唐帝国の軍事においては、多くのテユルク人が活躍していた。特に太宗期には、契芯氏を始めとする数人のテユルク人武将と太宗との親密な関係が見出され、北魏・モンゴル帝国・清などですでに指摘されている国家創成期の皇帝の側近集団と極めて似ていることから、遊牧国家の特徴として捉えることができる。本研究の目的は、この点に注目し、テユルク人の動向を分析することにより、前半期唐帝国の国家システムを描き出すことであった。史料としては、漢文編纂史料及び新出の石刻史料(墓誌等)を主に使用した。また、文献に加えてテユルク人の活動地であったモンゴル高原や天山地方の出土文物・景観も調査することにより、軍事の実態をよりクリアな形で明らかにするよう努めた。実際には、テュルク系遊牧民の契苾氏が活動していたと見られる河西地方(現在の中国・甘粛省)の現地調査を平成24年度におこない、史料が十分でない当該地域の地形・景観を調べた。それに加え、同地域の博物館等で、出土石刻史料の実見調査もおこなった。ただし、当該年度(平成25年度)には、実地調査をおこなうことができなかった。また、本研究の一つの柱となるのは、漢文編纂史料の漢字一字一句レベルでの徹底的な史料批判(「基礎的分析」)である。従来、本研究分野において主に用いられてきた史料は、漢文編纂史料であった。しかしながら、それらの漢文編纂史料には問題も多く、本研究でおこなった「基礎的分析」の作業によって、編纂史料に依拠する先行研究の見直しと、新たな解釈の提示が可能となった。その成果の一部は、現在査読付き雑誌に投稿中である。「基礎的分析」の分析対象としては、当該分野において頻繁に依拠されながらも問題の多い基本史料『新唐書』を第一に取り上げた。本分析は、基礎的かつ不可欠のものであり、唐代史研究全体への貢献も視野に入れたデータの蓄積に取り組んだ。

From the beginning of the 7th century to the first half of the 8th century, the Tang Empire's military affairs were active. During the period of Emperor Taizong's reign, the close relationship between several generals and Emperor Taizong was revealed, and during the period of the Northern Wei Dynasty, the emperor's close group was formed. The purpose of this study is to analyze the trends of the people in the first half of the Tang Dynasty. Historical materials compiled in Chinese and newly published stone inscriptions (epitaph, etc.) are mainly used. In addition, the documents include the archaeological relics unearthed in the Tianshan Mountains on the plateau, the investigation of the military situation, and the investigation of the military situation. In fact, the nomadic people's activities in Hexi area (now China·Gansu Province) were investigated in the 24th year of Heisei. A survey of unearthed stone carvings and historical materials in the same area. This year (Heisei 25), the survey was conducted in the field. This study is a thorough critique of historical materials compiled in Chinese ("basic analysis"). The main purpose of this study is to compile historical materials. There are many problems in compiling Chinese historical materials. This study is based on the "basic analysis" and the compilation of historical materials. A part of the achievements of the company is now in the process of submission. The analysis of "basic analysis" is aimed at the following: when the division is frequent, it depends on the number of basic historical materials "New Tang Book". This analysis is based on the contribution of the whole research field of Tang Dynasty history.
