项目摘要

これまでの研究の成果を単行本にまとめ、発表した(三輪健太朗『マンガと映画コマと時間の理論』NTT出版)。同書では、大きく次の三点に狙いを定めた考察を展開している。(一)マンガ研究のための原理的な方法論の整備……「マンガ」という(アカデミズムにおける従来の蓄積の少ない)分野を対象とするにあたって、先行研究の検証なども含め、方法論の整備を行った。その際、特に「様式(スタイル)」という概念を用いることによって、従来のマンガ理論の枠組みを乗り越えることを目指した。(二)戦後日本マンガに見出される映画的様式の解明……先に述べた方法論を前提として、戦後日本マンガにおける映画的様式の実体を理論的に検討し、具体的には次の諸点を明らかにした。(1)「構図」などの画面設計に関して論じられてきた「映画的手法」の問題を通して、マンガにおけるイメージの透明性と、現実空間の表象=再現に関わるイデオロギーを解明。(2)「編集」ないし「モンタージュ」になぞらえられる「映画的手法」の問題を通して、マンガにおける鑑賞者(読者)の注意の制御に関わるイデオロギーを解明。(3)運動の表現についての問題を通して、マンガにおける「コマ」が近代的な時間性のイデオロギーにもとついていることを解明。(三)マンガを近代芸術(映画の同時代文化)として捉える視点の提唱……上記の二点を通して、マンガを映画の同時代文化として理解するための視点を打ち出した。それはすなわち、マンガを近代において誕生したメディアとして捉えることにほかならない。もちろん、マンガを近代文化として捉える視点はこれまでにも多々見られたが、本研究ではとりわけ、「映画」という比較対象を設定することで、テクストに内在する時間性の問題など、理論的な観点を明確化することができたと考えている。

The results of this research were published in the journal "Theory of Time" by Kenta Miwa. (3)The problem of sports performance is solved by the modern time. (3) Modern art (contemporary culture of painting) and the point of view of singing... The two points of the above record are communicated, and the contemporary culture of painting is understood. The most important thing is that we should not lose sight of each other. This study is aimed at clarifying the temporal problems and theoretical problems of modern culture.
