A study of process and result in various nutritional intake methods for the elderly. Especial comparison with oral intake and venous nutrition-

最近，据了解，在管饲和口服喂养之间，终末期痴呆老年人的死亡剩余天数没有差异。因此，老人科医生宣布，他们避免对老年痴呆症患者进行积极的营养管治疗。然而，对营养方法的概述还不够，因为还没有对老年患者合并其他疾病的营养方法进行适当的研究。讨论的重点是寻求足够的考虑，从各种营养摄入方法中选择一种类型的营养方法，如口服喂养，管饲和静脉营养。在某些情况下，由于早期康复的原因，口服喂养被尝试用于促进老年残疾患者。本课题旨在探讨更适合他们的营养方法。

Recently, it is known that the remaining days to death of the terminal dementia elderly is not different in comparison between tube feeding and oral feeding. Therefore, geriatric medical doctors declared that they avoid positive nutritional tube treatment for the elderly patients with dementia. Whereas, the overviewing of nutrition methods was not enough, because appropriate approach regarding nutritional methods to the elderly patients with other diseases has not been investigated. The point of this discussion is to seek enough consideration to choose one type of nutritional methods from various nutritional intake method like oral feeding, tube feeding, and venous nutrition. In some cases, oral feeding is tried at promoting for the elderly patients with disability by reason of early rehabilitation. We discuss about more appropriate nutritional methods for them in this project.
