Store-carry-forward communication mechanisms have the capability to create communication infrastructure in rural areas or disaster situations. We research communication control mechanism based on data buffering function and satellite communication function by fixed nodes in DTN network. We evaluate the performance comparison with our proposal on DTN simulator ONE. As proof of concept for evaluating DTN capability, we also develop DTN-based messaging application for disaster situation.
