Confrontation Clause , Hearsay, and Forensic Science.

在这项研究中，我明确指出，在美国，根据对抗条款，被告应该得到与所有专家证人进行盘问的机会，学者们坚持政府应该对每一项法医科学测试进行完整的记录，并应该向辩方披露。最后，对法医学在日本的运用提出了建议。

In this study, I made clear that, in United States, the defendant should be guaranteed an opportunity of cross-examination against all expert witnesses under the Confrontation Clause, and that scholars have insisted that the government should make the complete record of every forensic scientific test and should disclose it to the defense. Finally, I proposed it about the usage of the forensic sceince in Japan.
