In case of JVs, we should pay attention to not only the relationship between parent organizations but also subsidiaries, because it sometimes shows its own development. In other words, knowledge transfer happens among parent organizations and their subsidiaries. We showed this with the case of NUUMI, a JV between Toyota and GM.

在合资企业中，我们不仅要关注母公司之间的关系，还要关注子公司之间的关系，因为它有时会显示出自己的发展。换句话说，知识转移发生在母公司及其子公司之间。我们以丰田和通用汽车的合资企业NUUMI为例说明了这一点。
