有限生成な1階構造のなす可算クラスは，共埋込可能性（そのクラスに属する任意の2つの構造に対し，同じくそのクラスに属する別の構造が存在し，元の2つを埋め込むことができる）及び融合性（そのクラスに属する3つの構造が与えられ，かつそのうちの1つが他の2つに埋め込まれているとき，同じくそのクラスに属する別の構造が存在し，元の3つをその関係性を保ったまま埋め込むことができる）を満たすときFraisseクラスと呼ばれる．Fraisseクラスに対しては，そのクラスに属する構造からなるジェネリックな増大列の帰納極限として与えられる特別な均質可算構造が一意に存在することが知られており，そのクラスのFraisse極限と呼ばれている．本年度は昨年度に引き続き，このFraisse理論を古典的な離散構造から距離構造に一般化したものの，作用素環論への応用について研究した．昨年度までの研究では，prime dimension drop algebraと呼ばれるC*環とその上の忠実なトレースとのなす組がFraisseクラスになっており，その極限がJiang-Su環と呼ばれるC*環であることの新しい証明を与えることに成功していた．本年度はJiang-Su環への応用についてのこの研究を推し進め，この環がprime dimension drop algebraの帰納極限として得られる環の中で単純かつ一意なトレースをもつ唯一つのものであることの初等的な別証明を与えた．また，Jiang-Su環の単位的な自己準同型が近似的に内的であることについても部分的ながら別証明を与えた．さらに，Fraisse理論で扱う対象をクラスから圏へと拡張し，超立方体上の行列値連続関数のなすトレース付きC*環とその間の対角化可能な準同型のなす圏が『Fraisse圏』でありその極限がUHF環となることを証明した．

This year, the author introduced the theory of Fraisse and the classical discrete structure, the distance structure, the generalization and the application of the action element ring theory. Last year's study, prime dimension drop algebra and C * ring were successfully proved.
