研究1では，高校女子バスケットボール選手を対象に前十字靭帯損傷予防プログラムを実施し，実際に前十字靭帯損傷の発生率がどのように変化するかを調査した．対象者を予防プログラム介入群，非介入群の2群に分け，介入群には予防プログラムを1年間実施した．そして両群における1年間の外傷発生率の調査を行った．その結果，予防プログラムを実施した介入群では非介入群に比べ，前十字靭帯損傷を含む重度膝外傷の発生率が約80%減少することが示された．前十字靭帯損傷予防プログラムは，前十字靭帯損傷のリスクとされる下肢動作を改善させ，さらには前十字靭帯損傷の発生を予防する効果が認められることが明らかとなった．研究2では，中学生および高校生女子バスケットボール選手を対象にし，予防プログラム介入前後における下肢動作の変化を各群で比較した．その結果，中学生の時期には，膝内側変位量が発育とともに増大するが，予防プログラムの実施により，その変化が抑制される可能性が示唆された．一方，高校生では，介入群においてプログラム実施後に膝内側変位量が有意に低下したが，非介入群においては変化が認められなかった．したがって，高校生の時期には発育に伴う動作変化が少なくなり，予防プログラムを実施することによって動作を改善させ易くなる可能性が示唆された．研究3では，前十字靭帯損傷予防プログラムを行うことによって，膝関節周囲の筋活動がどのように変化するのかを明らかにすることを目的とした．本研究では，多数の筋による複雑な運動の神経回路を間接的に調査するために，通常の筋電図解析ではなく，複数の表面筋電図パターンから数理的に運動モジュールを抽出する筋シナジーの解析法を用いる．本研究では，前十字靭帯損傷予防プログラムによって，この筋シナジーがどのように変化するのか検討を行う．

In study 1, female college athletes were investigated for the prevention of pre-cruciform injury and the incidence of pre-cruciform injury. The target group was divided into two groups: intervention group and non-intervention group. The intervention group was divided into two groups: intervention group and intervention group. A survey was conducted to investigate the incidence of trauma in the first year of the study. As a result, the incidence of severe knee injuries, including anterior cruciate ligament injuries, was reduced by about 80% compared with non-interventional groups. The front cruciate ligament injury prevention program improves the mobility and lower limb movement of front cruciate ligament injuries, and also prevents the onset of front cruciate ligament injuries. In study 2, the changes of lower limb movements before and after intervention were compared among different groups. As a result, the amount of medial knee position increased during the middle school students 'period, which indicated the possibility of preventing the development and inhibition of knee position. On the one hand, high school students are involved in the group, and the amount of the knee inside is intentionally low, and the non-intervention group is involved in the group. The possibility of improving the quality of college students 'education during the period of time is shown. In study 3, the anterior cruciate ligament injury was prevented. In this study, most of the tendon complex motion of the neural loop for indirect investigation, general tendon analysis, complex surface tendon complex motion, mathematical analysis of the tendon complex motion of the loop for extraction. In this study, the pre-cruciform toughness zone damage prevention mechanism is discussed.
