特異的言語発達障害 (specific language impairment: SLI) とは、聴覚障害、非言語性知能の低さ、神経学的異常などの要因が明らかでないにもかかわらず、言語能力に著しい制約を示す障害を指す。本研究では、日本語を母語とするSLI児の自然発話データの分析及び実験的検討を行うことによって、SLI児の早期発見に繋がる心理言語学的指標を明らかにすることを目的とした。今年度は、まず、SLI児7例の自然発話における時制標識 (「る」や「た」) の誤用率及び誤用の特徴を検討した。その結果、SLI児の時制標識の誤用率は0～0.8%であり、英語のSLI児の誤用率 (約15%) に比して著しく低かった。また、SLI児に観察された誤用はすべて時制標識の置換であった。この研究は、査読のある学会誌“Journal of Special Education Research”(Vol.4, No.1) に掲載された。次に、SLI児1例の自然発話における受動文の誤用率及び誤用の特徴を検討した。その結果、受動文の誤用率は5.6%であり、誤用は3つのタイプに分けられた。この結果を、日本特殊教育学会第53回大会で発表した。さらに、SLI児7例を対象として、自然発話及び実験課題における格助詞の誤用率を検討した。その結果、自然発話における格助詞の平均誤用率は1.1%であり、実験課題の平均誤用率67.0%に比して著しく低いことが明らかになった。この結果を、第60回日本音声言語医学会総会・学術講演会で発表した。さらに、対象児を増やし、SLI児9例を対象として同様の検討を行った。この研究については、査読のある学会誌「音声言語医学」に投稿中である。
