単著論文 "Full Surplus Extraction and Costless Information Revelation in Dynamic Environments" (以下1と記述)、および松島斉教授との共著論文 "Incentives of Pre-Mechanism Investments with Externalities" (表題は仮題。以下2と記述)の執筆を行った。1では、動学的環境下で、何らかの配分問題を解決しようとする計画者が、完全な余剰の搾取を達成可能であるため条件を探索した。研究課題である「分権的取引モデルおける価格理論の精緻化」の文脈で考えると、財の売り手ないし買い手が、独占的な地位を利用して、全ての余剰が獲得可能であるような状況を明らかにした研究であると言える。エージェントが私的情報を持っていた場合でも、各エージェントの私的情報の間に相関がある場合は、私的情報が公的に観測可能であるときと同じ期待収入が達成可能であるというのは古典的な結果であるが、本論文では、動学的な環境においては、より弱い相関関係をもとに、より強い誘因整合性の条件を要求して、余剰の搾取が可能であることを明らかにした。2は、動学的環境下で、エージェントが将来の配分から受け取る効用を、事前の行動によって操作可能であり(例 : 公共事業を引き受ける前に設備投資を行い、工事を行うコストを減らす)、更にその事前行動が外部性を持つ場合、効率性を達成可能なメカニズムが、外部性がない場合よりも大幅に限定されることを示した。このため、財の売買のような単純な状況も含めたかなり広範な状況下で、効率性と黒字は同時には達成不能となることが明らかとなった。いずれも、動学的環境における、分権的取引を含む広範な状況に応用可能な分析であり、研究課題の解決への貢献が期待できる内容である。

However, the classical results are possible. In this paper, we find that due to the dynamic environment, weak correlations can be established, and strong incentives can be integrated. The rest of the time, it's possible. 2. In the dynamic environment, the allocation of resources in the future will be affected by the impact, and the operation possibility in advance (for example, the investment in equipment before the introduction of public utilities will be reduced, and the construction will be reduced). Moreover, the operation possibility in advance will be affected by the external factors, and the impact possibility will be affected by the external factors. In this case, it is impossible to achieve the goal of "one country, two systems". The environment, dynamics, selection, application, possibility, contribution to the solution of the research topic, etc.
