项目摘要

2年目は、1年目の研究成果を踏まえてアンケートびヒアリング調査による追加データの収集と分析を行った。以下、テーマ別に概要を記す。(1)民間非営利組織の活動実態と資金の流れに関する調査研究：1年目の研究成果を発展させるため関係機関やNPOの関係者に対してヒアリングを実施した。ヒアリングで得られた結果を踏まえて取り纏め、関係者及び調査報告者に無償で配付している。本研究については、今後、複数の国内学会及び国際学会における報告を予定している。さらに、より広域な国際比較を実施すために、既に本分野で主要な研究を担ってきたアメリカの研究者らより国際比較研究に対する協力への承諾を得ている。これらの研究成果については、2017年度のAssociation for Research on Nonprofit Organizations and Voluntary Action (ARNOVA)において国際研究プロジェクトとして発表の応募を予定している。なお、研究計画書に示したとおり、ヒアリング調査については、発展的研究として、日韓比較調査として発展させた調査研究に取り組み、複数の論文を作成し、国際的に成果発表を行った。(2)公益社団法人及び公益財団法人の財務分析と生産性に関する調査研究：本研究については、(1)の調査研究に専用の調査票を別途作成することによって効率的にデータを収集することに成功した。結果については、(1)に示した報告書において基礎集計を終えている。(3)公的病院の経営効率性と財務分析に関する調査研究：1年目の成果を発展させた結果を論文にまとめ発表した。(4)その他：1年目の成果として発表した論文に対し、日本計画行政学会・奨励賞（2016年9月9日）を受賞した。さらに、1年目の成果を発展させた論文を英文で発表を行った。
