Through insertion of HfN interlayer into CoHfN structure, I realized the transition between soft magnetic properties and PMA, and attributed this transition to the suppression of columnar cluster and reduced interlayer interaction. This unique CoHfN/HfN multilayer granular structure is insightful to understand this growth-induced PMA films with tunable gigahertz frequency from 0.9 to 2 GHz by engineering the thicknesses of both granular and interlayer.The 2D Co/AlF granular films has been prepared. The structure of Co/AlF film consists of Co granule and AlF matrix. The existence of ferromagnetic clusters in Co(3nm)/AlF(5nm) films greatly improve the low-field sensitivity of TMD, displaying high 0.8% at H = 1 kOe,a value of 8-fold enhancement compared with the FeCo-MgF granular films.
