In order to fulfill the objetives, in the fiscal year of 2015, we fulfiled the tasks of interdisciplinary literature review and collecting data at Haier company-the world’s biggest home appliance manufacturer. In the year of 2016, we focused our research on analyzing the data, coding data via computer software, discussing findings, writing reports and making pulications on international journals.With respect to research analysis, we used narrative analysis and grounded theory to organize and analyze the data. The two analysis methods have different functions. Narrative analysis provided a broad picture of the case and presented both the text structure and its linguistic nuances. Grounded theory involved making discoveries about the data and pursuing these discoveries to construct an analysis. The combination allowed the research persuasive while keeping its narrative story interesting.To make the analysis process proceed logically and clearly, we submit the data to qualitative analysis software.We used data triangulation and saturation to ensure the objectivity of the data source, use the narrative analysis method for the story line and the grounded theory method for the theory line to ensure the analysis triangulation. Moreover, I got the state-of-the-art knowledge in my research field through making review at the National Diet Library and attending the related forum.We reported the achievements above by publishing two journal papers and one book.
