本年度の主な目的は、①「衝動制御スペクトラム障害」に属する精神障害および発達障害（例．強迫性障害、トゥレット症候群、注意欠如多動性障害）における内的衝動が経過の中で変化し得るものであるか、変化に関連する要因が何か明らかにすること、②感情状態が内的衝動の抑制能力に影響を与えるかいなか検討することであった。①前年度に引き続き、大学病院の専門外来において通常のチックに対する治療を受けたトゥレット症候群患者を対象に、内的衝動が経過の中でどのように変化するか縦断調査を行った。その結果、30 名中 20 名が 2 度目の調査研究への協力を承諾した。分析の結果、変化なしを中心に、内的衝動の変化量は正規分布をする可能性があることが示唆された。また、内的衝動の変化には不安や抑うつ感の強さが関連する一方、衝動的行動の変化には強迫性の強さが関連する可能性が示された。以上より、内的衝動は生来の変化しない特性ではなく、働きかけにより変化しうる性質のものであること、内的衝動を感じてから衝動的行動に至るまでの各段階に関与する心理的要因が明らかになったと言える。②表情刺激を用いた神経心理検査を作成し、感情状態が衝動制御の過程に与える影響について検討を行うこととした。刺激の選定のための予備調査を行い、その後、非臨床群（18 歳以上の精神科等への通院歴がない男女）を対象に、感情状態が内的衝動の抑制能力に影響を与えるか検討した。その結果、非臨床群においては、感情状態が誤答数や反応時間などの衝動制御に影響を与えるとは言えなかった。今後、トゥレット症候群をはじめとする臨床群と対照群で実験を行い、2 群での比較を通して衝動制御の共通プロセスと、衝動制御スペクトラム障害における特徴をより詳細に明らかにしていく。
