英文摘要
Dr Tran characterized final dendrite shape in augmin mutants. Her preliminary studies of RNAi knock-down dgt4 neurons labeled for EB1 suggested a simplified dendrite arbor shape compared to controls.Dr Tran performed in vivo time-lapse imaging of EB1::GFP (to label MTs) and Fascin:: KO (to mark actin) in developing augmin mutant neurons. dgt4 RNAi growth cones showed reduced MT nucleation and track extension.Furthermore Dr Tran generated endogenously tagged wac and dgt4 Drosophila flies using CRISPR.
