项目摘要

これまでの研究で、多様な塩濃度環境が形成されている三方五湖にはスジアオノリ（Ulva prolifera）が広く生育し、水域間でhsp90遺伝子型の組成に違いが見られること、上流域で採集される藻体は生殖細胞が正の走光性を示すことが多く、下流域で採集される藻体は負の走光性を示す傾向があることが明らかとなった。本研究では、生殖細胞の走光性の違いが各遺伝子型の分布を分ける一因となっているのかを明らかにするため、三方五湖の上流域と下流域に毎日スライドガラスを設置・回収し、そこに付着した生殖細胞の遺伝子型を特定し、各水域の各遺伝子型の供給の有無を調べた。その結果、三方五湖の下流域に設置したスライドガラスから88サンプルの発芽体の単離と遺伝子型解析が完了し、天然藻体の生育が確認されていたB0/C0型・B6/C0型が全体の78.4%を占めたが、上流域でしか検出されていない遺伝子型（A0/B0型・B0/B7型・B0/E0型）も検出された（20.5%）。このことは上流域に特有の遺伝子型の生殖細胞も下流域まで拡散していることを示唆している。下流域については遺伝子解析が進んでいないが、母藻が生育していない水域にも各遺伝子型の生殖細胞が供給されていたことから、着底後の成長の過程で淘汰されている可能性が高いことが想定される。スジアオノリ種内で成長特性が分化し、各水域の塩濃度環境に合った個体が生き残った結果、現在見られるような遺伝子型組成の違いが生じているのだろう。

In this study, the concentration environment of the three lakes was formed, and the composition of the hsp90 progeny was observed. The algae collected in the upper basin showed positive light emission. The algae collected in the lower basin showed negative light emission. In this study, the distribution of reproductive cell types in the upper and lower basins of the Sanfang Five Lakes was determined by the distribution of reproductive cell types in the upper and lower basins of the Sanfang Five Lakes. As a result, the analysis of the sub-types of the buds in the lower reaches of the Sanfang Five Lakes was completed, and the growth of natural algae was confirmed to be B0/C0 type·B6/C0 type, accounting for 78.4% of the total, and the sub-types (A0/B0 type·B0/B7 type·B0/E0 type) in the upper reaches were detected (20.5%). The reproductive cells in the upper basin are unique to the lower basin. In the lower basin, the seed analysis is carried out, the mother algae is fertile, the reproductive cells of each seed type are supplied, and the possibility of elimination is high. The growth characteristics within species are differentiated, and the results of individual growth in different concentration environments in different waters are shown.
