项目摘要

本研究の目的は、中国の市場経済への移行の歴史的前提という観点から計画経済期を再検討し、集権制の分析を通して、社会主義経済体制の形成と変遷を明らかにすることである。本年度は、1．1949-1965年の商業体制に関する研究の追加的な資料調査と学会発表、2．1966-1978年の商業体制に関する資料の収集と分析という2つの活動を中心的に実施した。1．昨年度に引き続き、シルクの流通を管轄した中国絲綢公司の事例を対象に研究を実施した。資料収集においては、上海市を拠点としながら、天津市、広州市、杭州市、南京市など、中国各地の公文書館や図書館を利用した。追加的な資料と昨年度の分析を総合することで、1950年代後半には資本主義市場に対する商況調査研究が段階を踏んで強化され、外貨の獲得を目的とした輸出商品の価格管理の有効性が向上していった点が実証された。得られた結果は、年度内の2つの国際学会において発表した。2．1966-1978年に作成された行政文書は中国国内の公文書館において大部分が非公開であるため、国外の文書館・図書館が所蔵する史料をもとに、文化大革命が商業体制に与えた影響の分析を試みた。資料収集においては、外務省外交史料館や横浜開港資料館が公開している日中シルク貿易の文書に加えて、米国・ニューヨーク公共図書館が所蔵するシルク貿易に関連する文献を閲覧・撮影した。分析の結果、A．文革によって1966年以前に形成された権限体系が大きな動揺を余儀なくされ、従来の慣行を無視した不合理な指令がしばしば下されたこと、B．1960年代に中国がすでに国際市場における重要なプレーヤーになっていたシルクなどの商品に関しては、国内の政治的要因が商業体制を媒介として、国際市場に大きな影響を与えていたこと、の2点が明らかになった。

The purpose of this study is to discuss the premise of the history of market transition in China, the point of re-examination of the planning period, the analysis of the centralized system, and the formation and transition of the socialist system. This year, we conducted an additional data survey and research on business systems from 1949 to 1965, and conducted an analysis of data collection on business systems from 1966 to 1978. 1. The case study of China Silk Company was carried out yesterday. Data collection is available in Shanghai City, Tianjin City, Guangzhou City, Hangzhou City, Nanjing City, and public libraries across China. Additional data and analysis of the last half of the 1950s have been conducted to investigate the business conditions of capitalist markets, strengthen the acquisition of foreign goods, and demonstrate the effectiveness of export commodity management. The results of the study were published in the International Academy of Sciences on 2 occasions during the year. 2.1966-1978 Most of the administrative documents produced in China are not open to the public, and the historical materials stored in foreign libraries are analyzed. The influence of the Cultural Revolution on the commercial system is also analyzed.
