①16世紀の器楽教則本における声楽ポリフォニーの器楽編曲方法と器楽概念：本年度は、ケーススタディとして旋律楽器、撥弦楽器それぞれから教本を選択し、当該資料における声楽ポリフォニーの編曲方法に関する分析・考察を行い研究発表を行った。ディエゴ・オルティス『変奏論』の譜例からは、それぞれ異なる伝統と歴史を持つ三つの器楽編曲スタイル（定旋律楽曲、声楽ポリフォニーの編曲、オスティナート）が混在しているという教本の特殊性・重要性を指摘し、そこから16世紀における器楽概念の萌芽・変遷を論じた。ミケーレ・カッラーラ『簡潔、かつ真の規則』の譜例分析からは、編曲過程における「音の省略」の問題を扱った。彼の編曲では、リュートという楽器の構造的問題に起因した意図的な音の省略が行われており、その実践的な「抽象化」の作業は後の通奏低音の実践に繋がるその萌芽形態であるとの考察を行った。②「声楽用・器楽用ディミニューション」の比較分析：声楽ポリフォニーの器楽編曲における重要技法「ディミニューション」は、必ずしも器楽奏者独自の実践ではない。歌手もまたその実践を行なっており、両者は影響を与え合いながら、各楽器・身体的特性を活かした独自の実践方法を生み出した。よって本年度は、ジローラモ・ダッラ・カーザの教本・曲集の調査範囲を広げ、彼の声楽曲集におけるディミニューション技法を扱った。本来即興で行われるディミニューションが記譜された彼の声楽曲集『パッサッジ付きマドリガーレ集第２巻』を分析した結果、器楽用ディミニューションと声楽用ディミニューションとでは使用音価が明らかに異なり、現在の32分音符に相当する音符は器楽用においてのみ用いられていたことが明らかになった。本年度は、教本の邦訳・エディションの作成に加え、『マドリガーレ集第２巻』のエディション作成とディミニューションの分析も合わせて行い、大きな進展が見られた。
