项目摘要

今年度はこれまで行ってきた研究をもとに、日本政府が公的部門の研究への政府支出を増やすことの経済への影響に関して更なる分析を行うために研究を進めてきた。これまでの研究では考慮していなかった物的資本の投資を組み込んだモデルの構築を行い、大域的な経済の移行過程の分析に必要な数値シミュレーションの手法の習得を行った。現在は現実のデータに整合的なパラメーターの推定を行うために関連する実証研究について情報収集を行っている。また、論文タイトル“Dynamic Analysis of Budget Policy Rules in Japan”では、日本経済における財政再建政策の厚生分析を行った。政府債務GDP比率と財政赤字GDP比率を新たな目標に引き下げていくという2種類の財政再建政策を考え、政府支出を削減することによる財政再建が経済厚生を改善させることを示した。さらに、財政再建のスピードや税率の変化などが厚生改善に与える影響に関しても分析を行った。これらの結果を論文にまとめ、査読付きの国際学術雑誌であるJournal of the Japanese and International Economiesへ投稿し、改定要求を受けた後に論文の改定を行い、掲載を受理された。さらに、投稿していた研究“Sustainability of the Public Debt and Wealth Inequality in a General Equilibrium Model”が査読付きの国際学術雑誌であるMacroeconomic Dynamicsから改定要求を受けたため、論文の改定を行った。査読者のコメントに基づいて、国債の持続可能性と格差の関係に関する数量的な分析を行い、単純化のためにモデルで考慮できていない点について論文の中でディスカッションを行った。そして、再投稿の結果、掲載を受理された。

This year's research is conducted by the Japanese government's public sector. This study considers the investment structure of the capital of the enterprise, the analysis of the transition process of the large-scale enterprise, and the acquisition of the necessary number of investment methods. Now, we are trying to integrate the data and estimate the relationship between the data and the information. This paper is entitled "Dynamic Analysis of Budget Policy Rules in Japan". The results of resubmission and publication are accepted.
