项目摘要

今年度は、教育アカデミー卒業生にとって国民学校正教員資格試験に向けた実習期間であった「教職実習年」に焦点を当てて、研究を進めた。こうした実習を教職志願者ならびに実習に携わっていた国民学校教員がどのように評価していたのかをみていきながら、教育アカデミー出身教員がすでに教職に就いている国民学校教員からどのように受け止められていたのかをポツダム県を事例にして検討した。具体的な研究成果としては、2019年9月に岡山大学で開催された日本教師教育学会第29回研究大会において、「ヴァイマル期ドイツにおける国民学校正教員資格試験に向けた実習」というタイトルで自由研究発表を行ったことが挙げられる。さらに、2020年2月上旬から3月上旬にかけてドイツの文書館・図書館を訪問し、教育アカデミーならびに「教職実習年」に関わる史料調査ならびに史料収集を行った。具体的には、ノルトラインヴェストファーレン州立文書館（ミュンスター）、ニーダザクセン州立文書館（オスナブリュック支部）、ニーダザクセン州立文書館（ハノーファー支部）、シュレスヴィッヒホルシュタイン州立文書館、ハンブルク市文書館、キール市文書館、ブランデンブルク州立中央文書館、プロイセン文化財団枢密文書館、ドイツ連邦文書館、ハノ－ファ大学図書館、フンボルト大学図書館、ベルリン州立図書館、ベルリン教育史図書館を訪問した。史料調査によって、教育アカデミーと「教職実習年」に関わる多くの一次史料を入手することができた。すでに、今後の論文執筆や学会発表のためにこれらの史料の読解に取りかかっている。
