当該年度もオンラインと対面同時進行の授業形態に時間を要し、研究に集中する時間が限られたが、研究計画の推進に努め、停滞状態であった前年度よりは大きく前進できたのではないかと判断する。1.『ホメロスと色彩』刊行：このような事態の中で単著を出版できたことは、出版社や周囲の方々のおかげである。研究内容のことだけでなく、執筆について多くのことを学ぶことができた。課題も山積するが、今後の研究につながる貴重な経験であった。2. キプロスでの学会発表は3年ぶりに対面での学会参加となり、国際的に著名な研究者と話す機会もあり、非常に有意義であった。「和解とは」という感情論から倫理・道徳観にかかわる議論に参加したことで、研究の方向性に広がりが加わり、新しい着眼点の開知ともなった。3. アテネ（British School of Athens/以下、BSAと略記）での研究も極めて有益であった。セミナー等参加、考古学専門の研究者と話し合い、次回ホメロスに関連する地の考古学調査への参加を見据えている。また、スケジュールさえ調整できれば BSA 主催のセミナーにて発表の機会がある。4. 前年度から宙に浮いたままの論文も依然として残っているが提出済の Porphureos: Aspects of the Transformative Role of Bright Colour-Hues in Interior Space in Homer (Brepols) は査読済で、締切に向け現在改稿中である。輝きを意味する‘sigaloeis’に着目した論文も欧米の雑誌に投稿し、現在改稿中である。光には二面性があると言及した論文を執筆し、『文芸学研究』に投稿し掲載されたことは、ギリシア文学研究の存在を示すうえで有為であったと考える。今年度得た成果と課題を踏まえ、次の研究課題に向けてさらに推進したい。
