项目摘要

平成30年度の研究成果は、学術論文３本、研究発表１本として発表した。論文「平安中期における国検田使と権門」（『人間文化研究』31）では、これまで受領との関係で考えられがちであった国検田使について、中央の権門との関係から再考し、国検田使は、受領だけでなく、権門との人間関係にも配慮しながら検田を実施していたことを論じた。論文「平安中期における受領と年官」（『歴史学研究』983）では、年官の任官に、受領が仲介者として関与する場合があることに着目し、その際の受領のメリットは、①任国の人間を年官による被推薦者として紹介する見返りに仲介料を得ることと、②任国の有力者と良好な人間関係を築き、安定した任国統治を実現させることができた点にあったことを明らかにした。論文「高子内親王家の庄園経営」（『日本歴史』854予定）では、9世紀中後期の高子内親王家の庄園経営のあり方を考察し、高子内親王家は荘園所在国の国司と、現地有力者を荘園経営に関与させる体制をとっていたことを明らかにした。研究発表「「土人」の国司任用―八・九世紀を中心に―」（続日本紀研究会）では、10世紀中期に地方有力者が地元の国司に任命される社会背景について考察し、その背景として、現地有力者を国務に参加させる動向と、本貫地（本籍地）を地方から京に移す「京貫」という動向に起因した、土人（本貫地に居住する人）の国司任命を禁じる原則（本貫地回避の原則）の崩壊があったことを示した。
