本年度は、研究計画の通り、平安時代中期における地方有力者の存在形態について、中央における年官・年爵・院分の運用のあり方の視点から分析を進め、年官・年爵・院分の相互補完的関係のあり方について検討した。また、事例蒐集の一環として、除目関係史料の調査・分析も同時に行った。まず年官・年爵・院分の相互補完的関係のあり方を明らかにすることは、本年度中に終えることができなかった。引き続き、検討を続けていく。ただし、副次的なものを含めて、以下の成果をあげることができた。第一に、本研究期間中に原本調査を実施したことによって、本研究開始前から（科研費「人的ネットワークの構造からみる平安時代の社会変容」（研究活動スタート支援、19K23111、2019年8月～2021年3月））調査を進めてきた宮内庁書陵部図書寮文庫所蔵『除目申文之抄』に関する成果を論文としてまとめることができ、学術雑誌（査読有）への掲載も決定した。第二に、平安中期の中央と地方の関係性を考える際に重要な本籍地回避の原則について、奈良時代から平安時代中期までのあり方の変遷を分析した成果を、歴史学研究会古代史部会で発表した。これについては現在論文化中である。第三に、平安時代中期以降の地方有力者にとっての身分保証文書として「除目聞書」が重要であったと考えられることを明らかにした。この成果は、2022年5月21日の国際東方学者会議シンポジウム「東アジア比較古文書学の可能性」で発表予定である。以上の成果は、日本古代・中世における中央と地方の関係のあり方の変遷の解明に資する成果だと考えられるとともに、第三の成果は日本古文書学に新たな論点を提示する意義があると評価される。

This year, the research plan was carried out in the middle of the Heian period, and the existence of local powerful people was analyzed in the central government. Second, the study of the relationship between the central and local governments in the middle of the Heian period, the principle of avoiding the native place, the analysis of the transition from the Nara period to the middle of the Heian period, and the achievements of the Ancient History Department of the Historical Research Association were presented.これについては现在论文化中である。Third, in the middle of the Heian period, the identity of the powerful person was guaranteed. The results of this study were presented at the International Conference of Orientalists on May 21, 2022 under the title "Possibility of Eastern Comparative Palaeography." The above achievements are significant to the study of the relationship between the central and local authorities in ancient Japan and the third achievements in ancient Japan.
