本研究では、自己の客体化を促す対話システムを開発し、人の自己に対する理解が深まるか、また自分の態度を変容させるかなど、セルフコーチングの実現が可能か検証することを目的とする。本年度は、対話システムの開発(1)、対話コンテンツの作成(2)及び対話システムの有効性検討(3)を行った。具体的には、(1)においては、自己の客体化を促すための自律対話システムを実装した。人間が自己の客体化を行うためには、自己を客観的に見つめて自己の姿を映し出す必要があると考える。そこで、鏡の中の自己を、アンドロイドとの対話において共に注視することにより客体化を促す対話システムを提案した。本システムはこれまでの研究で開発してきたタッチディスプレイを用いた選択式対話システムと統合することにより実現した。(2)においては、これまでの研究で得られた選択式対話に関する知見と、共同研究先である化粧品会社の美容カウンセラーのカウンセリング対話をもとに、対話コンテンツを作成した。上記1. の対話シス テムに対話コンテンツを実装することで、フィールド実験用システムを実現した。 (3)においては、上記1. 2.で開発したシステムを用いて、実店舗における、対話システムの有効性の検証のためのフィールド実験を実施した。実店舗におけるフィールド実験を実施することで、本対話システムを用いて顧客の本音を引き出せるか検証した。具体的には店舗に本対話システムを設置し顧客に体験してもらった。対話後のインタビューを通じて、対話システムを用いた場合、話しやすく悩みをより打ち明けやすく、自己に対する深い理解につながる可能性があると示された。本研究成果は、今後対話ロボットやエージェント開発を進める上で求められる人間の態度に影響を与えうる対話システムの実現に向けた重要な知見になると考える。
