项目摘要

本研究は、沖縄・奄美の社会における自然資源管理にかかわる取り組みを事例に、地域社会の再編と自然資源管理の再構築との関係性を分析し、自然環境の持続的な管理に資する地域再編のあり方を検討することを目的とする。具体的には、沖縄県国頭村と鹿児島県奄美市でのフィールドワークを軸に、聞き取りや参与観察、文献資料調査を実施、そこから以下の3つに焦点を当てて研究を進める。最終的には自然環境を持続的に利用していくための地域再編のあり方のモデルを構築することを目標としている。1．地域社会と自然環境との関係がどういう歴史的な経緯を経て今に至っているか、その地域環境史を明らかにする。2．地域社会がどう変動し、それに伴い「里山」や「里海」の管理がどう再構築されつつあるのかを分析する。3．自然環境の持続的な管理に資する地域再編のあり方を検討し、それをモデル化する。2019年度は、1～3までの内容を総合的に検討するための研究を進め、8月、9月、2月に沖縄での現地調査を実施し、また、7月、9月、3月に奄美大島での現地調査を実施した。沖縄では、国頭村の集落における自然資源および文化資源の利用と管理にかかわる歴史と現在の状況について、聞き取りや参与観察を行い、それにあわせて県立図書館や大学図書館などでの文献・資料調査を行った。奄美大島では、奄美市の集落において、個別的な聞き取り調査やグループ・インタビューとあわせて、エリシテーション法を用いた自然資源調査などを行った。また、県立図書館などにおいて文献・資料調査も行った。現在、これらのデータの整理・分析を終え、その内容をまとめた冊子の作成に取りかかっており、完成次第、速やかな出版を目指している。

This study aims at analyzing the relationship between social restructuring and natural resource management in the United States and the sustainable management of the natural environment. The following three areas are the focus of research and development: research, participation in research, and implementation of literature data survey. The ultimate goal is to make use of the natural environment and rebuild the environment. 1. The relationship between geography, society and natural environment has been developed from the present to the future. 2. The management of the region and society has changed from "Lishan" to "Caspian Sea". 3. Natural environment conservation and management of resources for the re-organization of the way to review, and other issues related to environmental protection In fiscal 2019, we conducted comprehensive research on January to March, conducted field surveys in August, September and February, and conducted field surveys in July, September and March. In the past, the use and management of natural resources and cultural resources in the villages of Chongyi and Guotou were studied, and the literature and data of libraries and universities were investigated. The survey of natural resources was conducted by the National Survey of Natural Resources and the National Survey of Natural Resources. In addition, the Prefectural Library has been established to conduct literature and data research. Now, this is the end of the book, the end of the book.
