项目摘要

本研究では、一つの視点（機能範疇Ｔ）から、第二言語学習者の心的文法を記述することによって、形態と統語、素性と語彙と形態統語操作、インターフェースと心的処理の関係を明らかにし、モデル化による包括的説明を提案する。特に分散形態論の枠組みで、心的辞書構築、語彙項目・素性配分、形態統語操作、言語モジュール外の心的処理を記述するモデルを提案する。英語の機能範疇Ｔとその素性の習得には、複数の形態統語現象が関わっており、第二言語学習者は、これらの規則違反に対する敏感度、違反文容認度、文産出の点で、母語話者とは異なる可能性がある。コーパス並びに心理言語学実験による実証的データに基づき理論的研究を通して、素性再配置、列挙、インターフェース、解釈不可能性などの仮説の妥当性を検証し、母語、インプットの影響、学習可能性について、知識・処理・記憶に基づく原理的説明を試みる。2020年度は、それまで進めてきた文献研究に加えて、前年度に行ったi）時制節における明示的主語の義務的使用、ii）助動詞・動詞屈折による時制の表示、iii）助動詞・動詞屈折による主語の人称・数の表示、iv)否定節および疑問節における助動詞の使用、v）動詞、目的語、否定辞・頻度副詞の位置関係の「規則」に関して、心理言語学実験によるデータの収集・分析の結果について考察を深め、特に、動詞屈折による主語の人称・数の表示に見られる非対称性について、ボストン大学言語発達学会（BUCLD)および日本第二言語習得学会（J-SLA）にて発表を行った。また、被験者をタイ語母語話者に拡大するためのデータ収集に向けて、中京大学にて合宿を実施し、実験機器の操作確認等を行った。

This study proposes a description of the relationship between the viewpoint (functional category T) and the second language learner's mental grammar, morphological grammar, morphological grammar, and mental processing.
