本年度は、主に宋徽宗期における天下理念の拡大とその諸要因に関する研究を中心的に行った。既に発表した拙稿「未完の「統一」王朝」（『史学雑誌』126-6, 2017, pp. 36-61.）において、宋朝とは静海軍節度使（交趾・北部ベトナム）や定難軍節度使（タングート平夏部）などの「未回収の中国（＝節度使）」を残す「未完の『統一』王朝」であり、宋朝はそれらに改めて「節度使」の称号を冊封し、唐・五代以来の地方行政単位と位置づけることで、建前上直接支配が行き届いていることにした「理念の統一王朝」であることを明らかにした。一方で宋徽宗期、宋朝は新たに大理・占城・真臘の君主を節度使に任命し、それまで決して用いなかった統治の完全委任を意味する「国王」号を初めて封爵した。つまり、初めて直接支配という建前を前提にしない冊封を行ったのである。本研究はこの変化の理念的背景を、①徽宗期前後における節度使職への任命内容の変化と、②「政和の官制改革」と宋代冊封の変化という2つの視角から分析し、徽宗期における「政和の官制改革」によって、従来の「未回収の中国（=節度使）」に対する直接支配という建前上の前提が崩れ、宋朝「周辺」の節度使は完全に理念的な存在となったことで、冊封の対象が東南アジアの諸勢力に拡大したと結論づけた。以上の内容は、現在、国内査読誌への投稿を準備している。また、昨年度に集中的に行った宋代冊封・朝貢の実態的特徴とその地域史的意義に関する研究を、宋代史座談会（台湾・台北、台北師範大学、2019年4月）や「信息溝通与国家秩序国際会議」（中国・北京、北京大学、2019年11月）等の国際学会で発表した他、国立台北大学歴史学系学術演講（台湾・台北、台北大学、2019年5月）で講演を行った。最終的に、査読誌『歴史人類學學刊』（17-2, 2019, pp. 1-25.）から論文として発表した。

This year, the main theme of Song Huizong period is the implementation of the important factors related to the research center. "The Unfinished 'Unification' Dynasty"(History Annals 126-6, 2017, pp. 36-61.）Song Dynasty Jinghai Army Jiedushi (Jiaozhi·Northern part of the country) Dingnan Army Jiedushi (China (= Jiedushi)) In the period of Emperor Huizong of Song Dynasty and the period of Emperor Zhenla of Song Dynasty, the title of "King" was conferred at the beginning of the reign.つまり、初めて直接支配という建前を前提にしない册封を行ったのである。This study focuses on the background of this idea,(1) the change of the appointment content of Jiedushi before and after Huizong period,(2) the analysis of the change of the official system reform of government and administration in Song Dynasty,(3) the analysis of the change of the official system reform of government and administration in Huizong period,(4) the direct control before the collapse of Jiedushi period, and (5) the analysis of the change of the appointment content of Jiedushi period. In the Song Dynasty, the existence of the idea of "Zhou Wei" was completely different from that of "Zhou Wei". The above contents are currently being prepared for submission to the National Survey. A symposium on the study of the history of the Song Dynasty and the significance of its regional history (Taipei, Taiwan, Taipei Normal University, April 2019),"International Conference on Information Communication and State Order"(Beijing, China, Peking University, November 2019) and other international societies presented academic lectures at the Department of History of National Taipei University (Taipei, Taiwan, Taipei University, May 2019). The Final Review, Journal of Historical Anthropology (17-2, 2019, pp. 1-25.）The paper was published in 1998.
