项目摘要

青年が職業決定困難に陥る発達経路には，自己の役割が不明確になるアイデンティティ拡散と，社会的に否定的な役割を選択する否定的アイデンティティという2つの経路が想定される。今年度の目的は，アイデンティティ拡散および否定的アイデンティティがどのように形成・維持されるのか，そしてそれらが職業決定困難の軌跡とどのように関連するのかを検討することであった。令和元年度における主な研究成果は3つある。第一に，アイデンティティ拡散者が社会への参入につまずく（e.g., 社会への不信，非社会的行動，抑うつ）ことを示す実証研究論文を執筆し，査読付き国際誌『Emerging Adulthood』に掲載された。アイデンティティ拡散者は社会への参入に問題を抱えるため，職業決定にも問題を抱えることが示唆される。第二に，否定的アイデンティティが形成・維持される機序を検討するために必要な，青年の語りをコーディングするための基準の作成を行った。この基準を作成する際に，University of Minnesotaを訪問し，世界のアイデンティティ研究を牽引するDr. Moin Syedから直接アドバイスをいただいた。第三に，アイデンティティ拡散と否定的アイデンティティが職業決定困難の長期的な軌跡とそれぞれどのように関連するのかを検討する縦断調査を実施した。具体的には，今後就職活動を行うことを予定している大学生約700名を対象に5点の縦断調査（3カ月間隔）を実施中であり，既に3時点目までの調査を終えている。調査の終了後，速やかに分析を行い，結果を査読付き国際誌に投稿予定である。以上の3つの成果は，青年が職業決定困難に陥る仕組みに関してアイデンティティ発達の観点から新しい知見を加え，学術的・実践的に意義のある示唆を提供するものである。

Young people have difficulty making career decisions, and their career paths are uncertain, and society's career paths are uncertain. This year's goal is to create and maintain career decision trajectories and relationships that are difficult to address. The main research results of Ling and Yuan are as follows: The first is that the social participation of the people who are scattered in the society (e.g., Social distrust, non-social action, suppression), demonstration of practical research papers, published in the International Journal of Emerging Adulthood Social participation is a problem for career decision makers. The second is to establish and maintain a mechanism for the development of youth education. The University of Minnesota has been working on this issue. Moin Syed is directly connected to the ground. The third is to investigate the long-term trajectory of career decision making. The specific plan is to conduct a survey of approximately 700 college students at 5:00 pm (3-month interval) in the future, and the survey will be completed at 3:00 pm. After the investigation is completed, the analysis is carried out quickly, and the results are checked and submitted to the international journal. The above three achievements are related to the difficulty of career decision, the development of new knowledge, the significance of academic practice and the provision of guidance.
