项目摘要

本研究の目的は，目標の相互依存性の理解が組織成員間の信頼を高め，組織成員の目標達成に向けた整合的行動を促すメカニズムを経験的に検証することにある。本年度は，すでに構築している分析モデルの精緻化および比較研究を行うために，以下のとおり研究を遂行した。まず，モデルの精緻化を目的に既存変数間の関係の再検討のため，組織成員の目標達成のための整合的行動に対して，組織成員間の信頼と管理会計がもつ相乗効果について質的・量的調査を行った。調査より得られたデータに基づいて，統計解析を実施した結果，組織成員間の信頼と管理会計は，組織成員の整合的行動に対して正の相乗効果があることが明らかとなった。次に，アジャイル・プロジェクトを調査対象に，先行研究レビュー・質的調査をもとに管理会計と信頼がプロジェクトメンバーの行動へ及ぼす影響について検討した。アジャイル・プロジェクトは，設計からリリースまでのサイクルを早くまわすことで，顧客要求の変化に柔軟に即応することを可能とするプロジェクト手法として着目される。変化に柔軟に対応することが必要とされるプロジェクト手法では，プロジェクトメンバー同士の信頼がプロジェクトを成功させる基盤になっている。調査の結果，管理会計と信頼がプロジェクトメンバーのコミュニケーションを促進させることを通じて，協働を高めることが明らかとなった。そして，分析モデルの鍵概念である組織成員間の信頼が，期間をわたって組織成員の行動にもつ影響について，多期間のデータを用いて明らかにした。信頼は，一度醸成されると期間をわたった効果があるといわれる。分析の結果，管理会計によって高められた組織成員間の信頼は，次期の組織成員の整合的行動を促進させることが明らかとなった。
