项目摘要

本年度は、中学生対象の年3回の縦断調査を継続すると共に、これまで得たデータの分析および成果発表を行う計画であった。これまでの研究のうち、中学生を対象とした横断データの分析結果はInternational Journal of Adolescene and Youthに掲載済である。これに加えて本年度は、1) 中学生を対象とした1年分の縦断調査、2) 成人を対象としたweb調査、3) 教員対象のインタビュー調査、および、4) 非援助要請対象のインタビュー調査を論文化し、研究全体としての成果をまとめることを目標とした。まず、初年度より継続していた縦断調査は、新型コロナウィルスによる一斉休校の影響で1学期のデータ収集は叶わなかたものの、2・3学期のデータは予定通りに収集することができた。3年分のデータ分析と論文化は本研究課題終了後も継続して行う。次に、研究成果はおおむね順調に出版された。中学生対象の1年分の縦断調査はストレスマネジメント分野の国際誌でaccepted with minor revisionとなり最終提出原稿を修正中である。成人対象のweb調査は再投稿準備中、教員と非援助要請者のインタビュー調査は双方ともInternational Journal of School & Educational Psychologyに掲載済である。一部未出版の研究が残るものの、一連の研究は非援助要請者への支援方法に対して幾つかの示唆をもたらした。例えば、悩みを打ち明けない非援助要請者には直接的支援行動よりも環境調整等の間接的支援が有効である可能性や、悩みが軽度な場合は積極的コーピング等の他のコーピング行動が適応に寄与する可能性、また、未来展望等の内的要因への介入が適応維持に効果的である可能性である。これらは次年度以降、新たな研究課題としてさらなる効果検証がなされる予定である。
