昨年度の研究では、統制群と比較してもなお、強み介入が中学生の精神的健康（生活満足度）の向上に対して有効である可能性が示された。しかし、発達段階の異なる小学生に対しても強み介入が有効であるのか検討できていない、という課題が残されていた。そこで、本年度は小学生を対象とし、強み介入の効果について検討を行った。対象者は公立小学校5、6年生の児童176名であった。そのうち、5、6年生4クラス118名を介入群、5、6年生2クラス58名を待機統制群とした。小学生用の介入プログラムは全2回（週1回、各60分）で構成され、中学生用のプログラム内容をベースとして、小学生でも理解できるよう一部表現を修正する等して作成した。分析の結果、待機統制群と比較してもなお、介入群の強みに関する変数（強みの認識、強みの活用感、自己の強みへの注目）が、有意に増加することが示された。一方、精神的健康については、介入群においてのみ、介入前からフォローアップにかけての生活満足度の有意な増加が示されたものの、介入前後の生活満足度の有意な増加は示されなかった。ただし、媒介分析の結果、群（0:待機統制群、1:介入群）から介入前後の生活満足度の変化量に対する強み変数の変化量(強みの認識・強みの活用感) の有意傾向の媒介効果が示された。これらのことから、強み介入によって強みの認識や強みの活用感が高まった児童は、生活満足度が向上していたことが示唆された。そのため、抑うつ症状に対する効果については今後更なる検討が必要であるものの、強み介入は中学生だけでなく小学生の生活満足度の向上に対しても有効である可能性があると言える。また、今年度は既に実施が完了していた、中学生を対象に強み介入の効果検証を行った論文が学会誌（教育心理学研究）に採択された。

Analyze the results, compare the results of the standby system, strengthen the number of participants (strengthen their awareness, sense of usefulness, and focus on themselves), and intend to increase the number of participants. On the one hand, mental health, intervention group, pre-intervention, pre-intervention and post-intervention. The results of trail, media analysis, group (0: standby system group, 1: intervention group) before and after intervention, the amount of change in life adequacy before and after intervention, the amount of change (to strengthen the sense of activity) intended to show the impact to the media. We should pay more attention to the situation, strengthen our knowledge, increase our sense of use, increase the level of our lives, and express our instigation in our lives.
