项目摘要

本研究課題は，保育者－乳幼児間の相互作用での「子へのケア」の視点から白色強膜の進化的起源を理解することを目的としており，保育者－乳幼児の集団内相互作用における白色強膜の機能を行動データで実証すること（研究1），白色強膜の進化に子の個体数が与える影響を進化シミュレーションで検討すること（研究2）の2つの下位課題で構成されている．2022年度は，主として研究1を実施し，大阪府内のこども園にて行動観察を行った．2歳児21名を対象に，子の人数を操作しながら保育者－2歳児間の自由遊び場面を設定し，保育者に装着した視線計測装置から保育者および乳児の社会的注視行動を取得した．その結果，子の人数が多くなるほど，子は保育者から離れた位置にいることが多くなり，保育者が子をモニタリングすることが難しくなることが明らかになった．取得したデータは現在も解析中であり，今後2歳児の社会的注視行動の分析を通して，子の人数に伴う視線を介したコミュニケーションの変容を評価し，研究成果を2023年度の国際学会で公表することを予定している．2022年度は主として研究1を実施したが，研究2についても，受入研究者の指導のもと，モデルの基本的な設計を終え、予備的なシミュレーション実験を実施した．2023年度は，研究1での行動データの結果を踏まえてモデルを発展させ本実験を実施できるよう，研究を進めていく予定である．また，2022年度は，本研究課題の主題となる「保育者－乳児間の相互作用」について，深く関わる研究の成果公表も行った．具体的には，保育者－乳幼児間の相互作用について，保育者の行動傾向が与える影響を検討した学会発表を2点，乳児の発達が与える影響を論じた学会発表および和文総説論文をそれぞれ1点ずつ，公表した．
