（研究の目的)炎症性サイトカインが末梢性神経障害性疼痛の機序に関与していることを解明しており，臨床での検証を行う．未治療の末梢性神経障害性疼痛患者において薬物療法（アミトリプチリン，ミロガバリン）群，局所静脈内薬液注入群における治療前後の痛みの変化と定量的感覚検査として温冷痛覚検査，痛覚・知覚定量分析装置の変化と血漿中の血中サイトカインの血中濃度の変化を調べる．(結果）末梢性神経障害性疼痛患者の受診患者において、未治療および薬物療法も単剤のみの患者の受診が少なく，研究の対象が少なかった．そのため、今年度，今回の研究に組み込むことができた患者は７名であり、研究のうち、局所静脈内薬液注入のみ行うことができた。局所静脈内薬液注入の臨床効果は前例において認められた．各患者の治療前後のQST（定量的感覚検査）およびペイン・ビジョンにより評価を行った。QSTに関しては、治療前後での変化は全患者において改善傾向が認められたが，対象が少なく，統計学的には評価ができなかった．ペイン・ビジョンに関しては個人差が大きい傾向が認められた。サイトカインに関しては，IL-27とILIL－6に関しては治療前に比較して治療後は低下傾向が認められたが，患者数が少なかったために、統計学的に評価することができなかった。症例数を集めることができなかったために目的とした結果を得ることができなかった．

(Objective) Inflammatory neuropathic pain is related to the mechanism of peripheral neuropathic pain. Untreated peripheral neuropathic pain patients were treated with drug therapy, intravenous drug injection, quantitative sensory examination, temperature and cold pain examination, quantitative pain detection, and changes in plasma concentration. (Results) Patients with peripheral neuropathic pain were less likely to be diagnosed with untreated or untreated drugs, and fewer patients were targeted for study. This year, 7 patients were enrolled in the study. The clinical effect of intravenous infusion of drugs is different from that of previous cases. QST (quantitative sensory assessment) was performed before and after treatment for each patient. QST is related to the change before and after treatment, the trend of improvement in all patients, the number of images, and the statistical evaluation. The difference between the two groups is significant. IL-27 and IL-6 are associated with a lower pre-treatment and post-treatment tendency, and the number of patients is less than that of the control group.
