本研究は知的障害者と支援者という非対称な人間関係や立場から生じやすい虐待などにつながる不適切な事案を早期発見し、未然に防ぐために知的障害者が支援者を評価する体制を構築することが目的である。前例がない試行的な研究のため、様々な様態の知的障害者を対象とした。令和4年6月12日から9月28日までの期間において、自法人の知的障害関係12施設、知的障害者116名に対して聞き取りによる質問紙調査を実施した。質問紙は平易な表現を用い、支援者との信頼関係を確認するための内容を主とした24項目の質問を作成、使用した。知的障害者が望む支援について明らかにするため、「支援してほしい職員」「支援してほしくない職員」を口頭もしくは写真を用い、知的障害者に選択してもらい、その職員について知的障害者に質問をするという手順で行った。バイアス軽減のため、他施設の面識のない職員が訪問し、聞き取りを実施した。また、知的障害者の回答の再現性を確認するため、1度目の聞き取りの約1か月後に再度同じ職員が訪問し、聞き取りを実施した。また、研究に参加した知的障害者の知的能力と聞き取り結果等を比較するため、全員に適応行動尺度ヴァインランドⅡを用い、能力評価を行った。現在分析中であるが、一部のデータを用い令和4年12月24、25日に開催された日本発達障害学会第57回研究大会に本題名にて自主シンポジウムを企画し経過を公表した。知的障害者による支援者評価を実施することで支援者側にどのような影響があるのかを明らかにするため、参加した知的障害者116名を支援している支援者254名に対して質問紙調査を実施した。質問紙の内容は支援者の基本属性と、知的障害者に評価をされることについての心象についての質問18項目である。また、侵襲性を確認するため、評価を受ける前後にSTAI状態-特性不安検査を実施した。現在分析中である。
