本研究では，各サービスの要求特性や地理的特性に応じた階層化ネットワーククラスタ形成により，多種多様な分散情報をリアルタイムかつ効率的に探索・収集・配信可能な新しいネットワーク制御機構の研究開発に取り組んでいる．本年度は，(1)サービス特性に応じたネットワーククラスタ形成技術と(2)ネットワーククラスタ環境に適した輻輳制御技術に関して検討を行った．また，これらの制御手法を密に連携させるための検討も開始した．(1)サービス特性に応じたネットワーククラスタ形成技術各サービスの要求特性や地理的特性に応じて多種多様な分散情報をリアルタイムに流通させる適切なネットワーククラスタを形成するため，まず多様なコンテンツが流通している状況におけるクラスタ形成に基づく分散キャッシング手法の基礎特性を明らかにした．その分析結果をもとに，流通コンテンツの人気度変化に応じてクラスタを適切なサイズに制御することで配送遅延やキャッシュ利用効率を向上させる手法を提案し，その有効性を示した．また，コンテンツ人気度に応じて探索範囲を適切に制御することで効率的に分散キャッシュを探索する手法を提案し，その有効性を示した．(2)ネットワーククラスタ環境に適した輻輳制御技術ネットワーク上に分散した情報をリアルタイムかつ効率的に配信するため，まずネットワーク符号化などを経路制御や伝送制御に導入することで伝送効率や制御負荷を改善する手法を検討し，基礎特性を明らかにした．また，分散キャッシュ探索時の予約機能によりコンテンツ取得効率を向上させる手法を提案し，その有効性を示した．さらに，エッジサーバにおいてフィードバック遅延により生じる余剰時間を活用してデッドライン達成率を向上させるスケジューリング手法を提案し，その有効性を示した．
