项目摘要

＊2022年度、東アジアの域内貿易に関する研究会を7回、海外現地調査を1回、実施した。＊これらの成果として、年度末(2023年3月)に、亜細亜大学アジア研究所の『アジア研究所所報』において研究論文を発表した。このなかでは、中国 ASEAN 貿易の構造について、品目別データを整理し、貿易特化係数を援用することで「水平貿易」、「垂直貿易」という 2 つの観点から検討を行った。貿易データは、主にUNCTADSTAT を用い、品目の評価には UNCTAD の独自の区分とSITC(3 桁)を使用した。＊その結果、「水平貿易」では電子・電気製品の生産ネットワークが拡大していること、また、「垂直貿易」では中国からの工業製品と ASEAN からの一次産品の貿易が引き続き増加していることがわかった。これらが、中国と ASEAN 両者の安定的な貿易関係を支えてきたことが確認された。さらに、2015 年以降、ベトナムやカンボジアでは、中国から工業製品の原材料を輸入し、加工したのち、最終製品をアメリカへ輸出するという迂回貿易の構造も確認できた。この動きは、米中貿易摩擦や中国の賃金上昇、技術水準の向上などを受けて、これからも加速するものと考えられる。＊今後も、本研究課題においては、これらの観察を継続的に行う必要があるが、そこでは、とくに企業の動向とともに、貿易品目の動きを詳細に追いかけていくことが重要であると再認識をした。

The trade friction between China and the United States has led to the rise of China's rent, the rise of China's technical standards, and the acceleration of China's trade relations. In the future, this research topic is necessary to understand the situation of enterprises.
