项目摘要

令和２年から2年間に渡るコロナの影響は、観光活動のみならず世界経済活動全般に大きな影響を与えてきた。特に、観光活動が個人のWellbeingに大きく影響し、更に国家の経済活動への影響も大きいことが改めて明確になった。コロナ禍という大きく環境が変化する状況の中で、令和２年から継続的に“観光”をキーワードとしてSNSから情報を抽出し表現の変化を検証してきた。研究活動において、“観光”をキーワードとしたSNSでの発言を抽出し、その内容を経営学での起業家論や組織心理学に基づく暗黙知および形式知の形成などで注目されているSECI理論により分析してきた。具体的な注目点は以下の3点であり、これらの研究を国際学会で発表するとともに学会誌へ投稿し採録された。1点目は、継続したコロナ禍において、令和３年からブリコラージュの概念に注目し、大きな環境の変化における人間活動の活性化について定量的に評価した。ブリコラージュは、個人を中心に置き、社会的な困難を克服する手段に注目しており、この活動が観光の分野でどのような活動として繋がるかを分析・抽出した。2点目は、所属する大学の学生へ「コロナ禍における東海大生の観光意識調査」と題したアンケート調査を実施し、結果を論文としてまとめた。観光は学生にとっても日常生活の身近な習慣であり、多くの学生がコロナ後の観光客の増加を望んでおり、肯定的な感情を示していた。多くの学生は、観光開発がインフラを改善し、観光産業での雇用機会を増やし、文化遺産と自然環境への関心を高めることに賛同しており、持続的な観光へ希望を持っていることがわかった。3点目は、暗黙知および形式知により困難な状況においても企業組織を強化させる活動を、観光を拡大させる活動に適用させ、その構造を分析した。
