2022年度は、各人が自他を尊厳ある主体として取り扱う際の鍵概念となる「選択意志」の役割に焦点を絞り、「純粋意志」及び「道徳的使命」が尊厳に基づく道徳的な行為様式の諸制約であることを解明した。具体的な研究の進め方としては、フィヒテと同時代人のSchmidの『道徳哲学試論』(1790年１版、1792年2版)の「叡知的宿命論」との関連を踏まえた上で、フィヒテにおける人間の「選択意志の自由」の意義を考究した。一連の成果については、9月にドイツ・ライプツィヒで開催された国際フィヒテ協会大会においてDie letzte Streitphase zwischen Fichte und Schmid um 1796という表題の口頭発表を行い、これまで研究者の十分な注意が向けられてこなかった『シュミート教授により提示された体系と知識学との比較』(1796年)論文において、フィヒテがイェーナ期後期知識学の方法論を示していることが明らかにされると共に、それゆえ本著作が、新しい方法による知識学の最初の序論を形成しているという解釈が提示された。また「選択意志」概念の哲学史的展開に関しては、前年度の研究発表に基づき、「批判期カントにおける選択意志の二重構造」という表題の論文が公開された。本研究実績の哲学史的意義は、1790年代のカント哲学の展開ならびにカント派哲学の勃興を丹念に読み解くことにより、意志論という視座から、シュミートがカント哲学の経験心理学的な後継者であるのに対して、フィヒテがカント哲学の超越論的な正当後継者であるという明確な構図を描き出した点に認められる。とりわけ「尊厳」概念の全貌を解明するためには、人間の感性的次元のみならず超感性的次元をも、超越論的方法論に即して正面から論じる必要がある点を指摘した点に、本研究の重要性が存していると言える。

In 2022, the key concepts of "election will" and "pure will" and "moral mission" are discussed. The concrete research progress of Schmid's "On Tao Philosophy"(1st edition, 1790, 2nd edition, 1792) and the relationship between "The Fatalism of Knowledge" and "The Freedom of Choice" are studied. In September, the conference of the International Society of Science and Technology was held, and the researchers paid great attention to the oral presentation of the topic, which was presented in 1796. The methodology of knowledge in the later stage of the book is shown in the middle of the book. The paper on the development of the concept of "election will" in the history of philosophy is open to the public. The significance of this study in the history of philosophy is that the development of philosophy in the 1790s and the rise of philosophy in the 1790s have been explained in detail, and the theory of will and the theory of vision have been established. The significance of this study is to clarify the whole concept of "respect" and the methodology of transcendental theory, that is, the necessity of positive discussion.
