项目摘要

2022年度は、前年度において作成した読み時間の調査・印象判定で用いるためのアプリケーションを用いて、データの収集を行うことに注力した。特に今年度は、調査協力の許可が得られた東京都内にある日本語学校を中心に、対照群である留学生（漢字圏・非漢字圏）に対して、ルビや句読点、分かち書きを付与した文を読んでもらい、読み時間の調査と７段階尺度による印象判定の調査を実施した。また、一部の学生については、これらの調査に加えて、日本語の読みやすくわかりやすい表記についての考えを教えてもらうために、調査協力者の母語による半構造化インタビューを実施した。現在までに留学生に対する調査は9割完了することができた。半構造化インタビューで録音したデータについては、順次翻訳・文字化を行っている。現在までに実施した調査分のうち、漢字圏（中国語を母語とする留学生）に対する調査データの翻訳・文字化はほぼ完了し、再度間違いがないか確認・修正を施している最中である。また、読み時間と印象判定の調査で収集したデータの整理を行い、その傾向を分析している段階にある。2022年度の研究成果としては、中国語を母語とする定住外国人に対するインタビューデータをもとに質的な分析を行った結果を紀要論文としてまとめて報告した。また、所属機関でのオープンハウスにおいてもオンラインでの本研究についての説明を行った。次年度は、残る定住外国人に対する調査を中心に進めていくとともに、収集したデータの整理を終わらせた上で、質的分析・量的分析の二側面から進めていく予定である。
