本研究課題の目的は、労働市場で生じる差別の原因を特定したうえで、現地調査で集計できたデータと情報に基づき、文化的要因を定量的に取り上げることである。具体的には、下記３つの課題を解明する。［課題1］では労働市場における同文化・異文化差別の慣習の存続状況を統計的に分析する。［課題2］では労働市場にける雇用主と労働者の間の文化的差異を指標化する。［課題3］では、雇用主の同文化・異文化差別慣習の背後に潜む行動原理を経済学の理論で解明する。この目的を達成するには、中国・ミャンマー国境地域の少数民族社会において、綿密なフィールドワークを実施することが必要不可欠である。2021年度および2022年度前半は、COVID-19感染症水際対策のため、現地調査を実施できなかったが、2022年3月において、水際対策の一部緩和により、厳密な調査設計に基づいて、初回の予備調査研究を中国・ミャンマー国境地域で実施した。それによって、［課題1］（労働市場における同文化・異文化差別）の慣習の存続状況を確認できた。それのみならず、現地調査の実施により、調査票をさらに精緻化したことができた。さらに、2022年度までに行なった中国内地の若年女性を対象に調査・研究に基づき、女性の出生意欲が低下していることを価値観の変容の観点から解明し、国際学会（Western Economic Association International）で口頭報告を行った。したがって、前年度に進めていた［課題2］（文化的差異の指標化）と併せた今年度の研究実績は、来年度およびそれ以降の精密なデータベースの構築と［課題3］（雇用主の同文化・異文化差別のモデル化）の礎となっている。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the causes of market differentiation, to collect information, to quantify cultural factors, and to determine the causes of market differentiation. The specific problems are explained in the following three notes. [Topic 1] Statistical analysis of the existence of cultural differences between the same culture and different cultures in the labor market. [Topic 2] Indexing cultural differences between employers and employees in the market [Topic 3] Explaining the underlying action principles behind the cultural differences between employers and employees. To achieve this goal, it is necessary for China to establish a close relationship with ethnic minority communities in its border areas. In the first half of 2021 and 2022, the implementation of COVID-19 international response strategy and field investigation was carried out. In March 2022, part of the mitigation of international response strategy was carried out. The design basis of close investigation was developed. The preliminary investigation study was carried out in China. [Topic 1]: How to confirm the existence of customs in the market In addition, the implementation of local investigation and investigation tickets has been refined. In 2022, we conducted a survey on female fertility in mainland China. We conducted an oral report on female fertility in mainland China. This year's research results show that the quality of the products will be improved in the future.
