项目摘要

本研究は、都道府県別COVID-19政策の情報提供及びその異質性を踏まえた政策評価を目的とする。具体的には、政策介入程度に関するデータベースの構築と、それを活用した外出・経済・医療への政策介入の効果を測定することで行う。2022年度においては、第一に、自身がすでに開発・所有している緊急事態宣言に関するオープンアクセスデータベース（github: covid-19_emergency_statement_japan）およびまん延防止重点措置に関するデータベース（github: covid-19_priority_measures_japan）のメンテナンスを随時行った。第二に、都道府県レベルの地価と行動変容政策介入（リモートワーク）に関するパネルデータセットを構築し、マクロレベルの行動変容政策介入実施状況が経済というレンズを通して地価に与えた影響に関する分析を行い、preprint論文を公開するとともに査読付き国際誌に投稿中である。第三に、複数回に亘って行われた、わが国の行動変容政策介入が人々の外出行動にどのような影響を与えたかに関して理論分析・実証分析の両面から検証を行うことを目的とした研究が査読付き国際誌（オープンアクセス）に掲載された。第四に、COVID-19に関する行動変容を促した政策介入と地価との関連について、ミクロデータを用いた分析を行い学会発表を行うとともに、査読付き国際誌に投稿中である。最後に、わが国のCOVID-19に関連する政策介入の不動産取引に対する影響についての実証分析を行い、2023年度における国際学会での報告準備を行うとともに、論文を執筆しているところである。
