本年度は、得られたデータをもとに予備的な分析を行い、新たに取得する必要のある資料やデータの整理を行った。また、関連分野の既存研究のサーベイを中心的に行い、学校間格差の発生要因や分析手法などに関する最新の手法についての理解を深めた。本年度に得れられた結果として、都道府県レベルの分析によると、高等学校の入学可能性が高まることによって小中学校における学業成績の増加率が高まるという傾向が示唆された。ただし、この結果は様々な内生性のバイアスの問題に対処しきれておらず、あくまで示唆的な証拠に過ぎない。そのため、今後はより精緻なデータおよび計量経済学的な手法を用いて、より頑健性の高い結果を得るための分析を行っていく。その第一歩として、「全国学力・学習状況調査」の個票データ等の利用申請を行う予定である。

This year, we got the necessary data for the preparation of the report. The key factors for the development of the gap between schools and the latest analytical methods are discussed in detail. This year's results show that the probability of admission to higher education is high, and the increase rate of academic performance in primary and middle schools is high. The result is that the problem of endogenous loss is solved in the case of evidence. In the future, the method of precision and metrology will be used to analyze the high quality of the products. The first step is to apply for a ticket for the "National Education and Learning Survey."
