The adoption of ride-hailing services is context-dependent; it is difficult to transfer the concept with the same power from a developed to a developing country, reshaping is necessary. The case of “Careem” in Pakistan shows that re-shaping can be reached by developing products and services that meet the needs of a particular culture and social trends. Therefore, the research proposes the core process of competitive localization that brings a revolutionary change in Careem service through resource assimilation that helps to advance a business-society affiliation and public welfare by building "trust" and "relief" that extends value-creation possibilities in the society. (These results were presented in "ESSHBM: 42nd ISTANBUL International Conference on “Education, Social Sciences, Humanities, and Business Management”)Moreover, results suggest a linkage between service ecosystem innovation and the well-being economy, emphasizing multi-layered configuration in the context of ride-hailing services. The research on Careem provides an integrated framework across system levels to extend services that facilitate the exchange of resources by involving multiple stakeholders in its service system. It has introduced collective well-being by taking the initiative of being a sustainability developer in society and keeping the social protection of human rights. Also, it offers services to attain a sustainable service platform with a shared worldview.
