项目摘要

本研究の目的は日本企業において、経営者の特性と各企業における管理会計システムの導入・利用との関係を明らかにすることである。特に本研究では国内のスタートアップ企業に焦点を当てる。それを通じて比較的経験的証拠の少ないスタートアップ企業における管理会計実務のあり方を調査する狙いがある。２０２２年度は、大きく分けて三つの研究活動を行った。第一に、昨年度実施した分析をもとに執筆・投稿した論文について、継続して査読対応を行った。本論文は採択が決定しており、今後公刊の予定である。第二に、昨年度より実施していた先行研究の調査を進め、レビュー論文として公刊した。先行研究は、分析の対象とする経営者について、個人に焦点を当てるものとグループ（経営陣）に焦点をあてるものがある。経営者個人を対象とする先行研究については、本研究課題の実施前にレビューを実施済であった。そこで本年度はグループ（経営陣）の特性に焦点を当てている研究を中心に整理を行い、論文として公刊した。レビューからは、①管理会計領域において、経営陣の特性に焦点を当てた研究はまだ研究の数が少ないこと、②そのために、様々な特性が検討の対象になる一方で、各特性に関する経験的証拠の蓄積が乏しいこと、の2点が明らかになった。第三に、査読対応を通じて新たに得た知見をもとに、先行研究の調査と整理を行った。これは特に中小企業における会計業務の外注に関する研究に焦点を当てたものである。
