2年目(令和4年度）の研究実績としては、民生委員の情緒的サポートについての先行研究の論文や関係する文献を収集した。また地域包括支援センター、社会福祉協議会などの民生委員を取り巻く専門職、インフォーマルな社会資源として福祉委員などに関する先行研究や文献を収集した。その収集をした論文や文献から本研究テーマの研究到達点を考察した。2年目の研究成果は、3年目・4年目に実施予定であるアンケートで使用する質問紙の項目検討のため、先行研究・文献を取り寄せ検討した。アンケートに関しては調査対象者の選定を行いはじめ、交渉を始めた。また、民生委員の情緒的サポートに関して実態を把握するため、地域包括支援センター・社会福祉協議会へのインタビューを計画しインタビューガイドの作成やアンケートの項目を検討する作業を行った。2年目で、地域包括支援センター、社会福祉協議会職員へのインタビューを実施予定であったが、予定していた時期（7月.8月.9月）が新型コロナが増加傾向であった時期のため、インタビュー受け手より延期の申し出があった。現在はインタビュー時期は未定である。また、今年度は岡山県社会福祉協議会（民生児童委員協議会）主催での全県研修会が11月21日（月）に実施され、その講師の依頼を受ける。その際に民生委員・児童委員会長より調査協力の承諾と次年度インタビュー調査の実施などの承諾をいただくなど県内の民生委員児童委員協議会とのネットワークの形成に尽力した。
