日本に３か月以上居住する外国人住民を対象にオンラインでの縦断的パネルを構築し、被差別経験と主観的健康観、ウェルビーイングの関連についてベースライン調査を完了した。外国人住民や各職業従事者をターゲットにしたソーシャル・ネットワーキング・サービス及びポータルサイトにて研究参加者を募集した。構造化された調査票による自記式オンライン調査として実施した。調査事項は以下の通りである：（1）人口社会要因（年齢、性別、教育水準、職業、就業状態）、（2）日常的被差別感（マイクロアグレッション）、（3）被差別につながる特異経験（日常生活及び保健医療機関にて）、（4）孤独感、（5）主観的健康観、（6）ウェルビーイング（Generalized Anxiety Disorder 7-item (GAD-7) scale）。有効回答数1,706名から調査協力を得た。39点満点のマイクロアグレッションスコアについて、回答者の平均点は16.1点（標準偏差：6.7点）であった。また、13点満点のGAD-7スケールについて、回答者の平均点は6.3点（標準偏差：4.4点）であり、23%の回答者が中程度または強度の不安水準を示した。人口社会学的特性や出身国、人種などを考慮した重回帰分析の結果、出身国がマイクロアグレッション経験に関連する一方、人種がウェルビーイングに関連していた。その他に、年齢、教育水準、婚姻形態、日本居住年数、主観的健康観、新型コロナウイルス感染症の雇用への影響、新型コロナウイルス感染経験とマイクロアグレッション経験に関連がみられた。一方、年齢、主観的健康観に加えてマイクロアグレッション経験はウェルビーイング水準に関連していた。

A survey on the relationship between the health of foreigners living in Japan for more than three months has been completed. Research participants are recruited for foreigners, residents and professionals from all walks of life who are interested in providing good services, business services and professional services. Construction of the survey ticket is self-recording. The survey items included the following: (1) demographic and social factors (age, gender, education level, occupation, employment status),(2) daily feeling of being differentiated (GAD-7),(3) feeling of being differentiated (daily life and health care),(4) loneliness,(5) subjective health,(6) generalized Anxiety Disorder 7-item (GAD-7) scale.
