2022年度はこれまでに作成した教育プログラムの評価と修正の検討を行った。本研究者が先行研究で行った教育的介入では、対象学生にe-learningを用いた動画教材の視聴と自己練習を実施してもらい、その前後で自己の実施動作を撮影した動画を確認し30項目のチェックリストを用いた自己評価の提出を求めた。研究者は提出された動画を確認して他者評価を行った。オリジナルで作成した動画教材は、実施前後の環境調整、補助具の挿入・除去、上方への移動、体位の調整の一連の流れを含むものとした。動画教材のアングルは、全体の俯瞰、真横からズーム、看護者目線カメラでの撮影を編集した。チェックリストの評価で介入前後の自己評価と他者評価のどちらにも有意差があった項目は「対象者の頸部を前屈気味にしておく」「移動後に腰部の生理的彎曲部にシートを集め、対象者の身体を支えながら引き抜く」「シートの除去後、対象者の体位を速やかに戻す」「対象者の状態を常に観察しながら実施する」「基底面を広くとり、膝関節を屈曲し重心を安定させて実施する」「力学的に安定した動作で実施する」であり、いずれも介入後で増加していた（p＜.05～.01）．この結果から対象者の観察に関する項目で介入後の点数が増加しており、動画教材の看護師目線カメラの映像を視聴することで、看護師の意図的な観察ポイントの理解につながったと考えられた。また、体位の調整と基底面積の確保や力学的に安定した動作といったボディメカニクスの項目で介入後の点数が増加しており、複数アングルから撮影した動画を繰り返し視聴したことでイメージ化と記憶の定着化が促進されたと推察された。その他には自己評価と他者評価で違いがみられ、介入前から自己評価が高かったため介入後との比較で有意差が認められない項目もあった。自己の動作を客観的に正しく判断できることへの関わりも重要であると考えられた。
